ORDER COMMUNICATION


You will receive order related emails in two stages.
1. An order confirmation email once you place the order.
2. A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our warehouse to your address. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the second email.

Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our studio. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at sales@bindigasm.com

 

REFUND

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. In case of returns, we issue a credit note on that order number equivalent to the value of the item returned. Credit notes have a validity of 6 months. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.  

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

 

Every single piece designed & produced at Advi Blouses goes through stringent quality checks. Any garment purchase can be exchanged for a different size or style based on its availability. 

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order. 

To exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery at +91 9755078223 between 10:30 AM to 5.30 PM IST or email us at sales@bindigasm.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
